Job Description / Duties

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and thinks of our customers first. You’ll be working with the team to service our existing customers. You are a self starter and have no trouble working from home. This is not a sales role, but we will not limit your potential.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Primary Responsibilities:
• Inspiring customer loyalty by offering the best service and advice to our existing clients.
• Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
• Actively participate in training initiatives and professional development required of the position
• Managing a book of personal lines business with the help of an Account Executive
• Be attentive to the customer to fully understand their situation
• Provide the best advice to help the customer make informed decisions
• Proactively create a trusting environment that fosters the sale of our products and customer retention

Additional Information

Skills and Experience:
• High School and or Post-Secondary Education
• Strong customer focus
• 2-5 years Personal Lines Experience or more
• General Insurance License is required
• Exposure to Task Agency Manager or Epic is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and with a team
