Job Description / Duties

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional best in Industry client experience each and every time for our new and existing clients
• Build relationships and Know our clients needs through meaningful communication; asking insightful and purposeful questions
• Provide clients with the best insurance coverage and protection available
• Leverage Broker Management system and insurance company portals to prepare insurance quotes and sell, upsell and/or cross sell insurance policies
• Prepare and review renewals with customers and remarket policies as required
• Connect with insurers and underwriters to discuss and submit risks
• Process policy changes and endorsements on insurance company portals
• Report, document and follow up on claims on behalf of customers
• Assist your team mates in ensuring our clients have achieved the best insurance experience possible.
• Other sales or service projects as required

• Not afraid to ask curious questions and look for opportunities in the best interest of the customer

• Highly Proficient and comfortable with technology
