Job Description / Duties

Welcoming clients and insurers in a friendly, professional manner
Sort, Distribute and Transact incoming mail and policy documents
Issue liability cards, certificates of insurance, binders and confirmations of insurance
Issue Premium Finance contracts and Process payments from clients
Order MVR and Autoplus reports
Correspond with leasing and finance companies
Miscellaneous support and data entry
Engage in training and professional development
Be an ambassador by representing and promoting our brand and business

Qualifications / Required Skills

Strong Customer Service focus and Team Player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
Strong organizational and time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
High School and/or Post Secondary Education
General Insurance License, CAIB 1, or willing to obtain
Experience with Power Broker system an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Prior experience in insurance, customer service or reception would be an asset.
