Intent to Graduate Form
**Please Note** All students who have successfully completed their designation MUST fill out this form.
If this form is not completed and sent, students may not be on the grad list, and therefore not graduate. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure the form is completed.
Once the form is received it will be sent to our National Association – Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC) for approval from the National Board of Directors. Names are presented to IBAC for approval in January, June, and September.
When your name has been approved you will receive a letter from IBAC and you may use the designation, only if your brokerage is a member of IBANS. Students who do not work for a member brokerage are NOT PERMITTED to use the designation.
