Job Description / Duties
Providing high quality customer service to our clients via email, phone and in person.
Managing a book of personal lines business including policy changes, additions, claims, new business, re-marketing of policies as required.
Maintaining high level customer retention and satisfaction
Promoting client retention through regular personal contact, claims counseling and superior service
Qualifications / Required Skills
1 or more years experience in personal lines insurance.
Valid General Insurance License
CAIB or CIP designation an asset or working towards
Proven commitment to providing superior customer service satisfaction.
Excellent communications skills and attention to detail.
A working knowledge of Power Broker management system would be an asset
